Membership Eligibility

Organization must be based in and officially represent one of the 15 ECOWAS member countries with proper government recognition and mandate.

Official IPA Designation

Must be formally designated as the official Investment Promotion Agency or equivalent organization with legal mandate for investment promotion.

Requires official endorsement from relevant government ministry or agency confirming authorization to participate in regional initiatives.

Technical Capability
