15 years Fiscal Credit
Os investimentos industriais realizados no âmbito da Lei de Investimento beneficiam de um crédito fiscal por dedução à coleta do IRPC ou IRPS, para pessoas coletivas e singulares enquadradas no regime de contabilidade organizada, correspondente a 30% dos investimentos relevantes realizados. A dedução do crédito fiscal é feita na liquidação do imposto, não podendo exceder 50% do valor da coleta em cada exercício. A parcela do crédito fiscal não utilizada pode ser deduzida nos exercícios seguintes, caducando no décimo exercício fiscal, a contar da data de início do investimento ou do início de exploração para projetos novos.
